We are delighted to have named Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) as our charity partner of the year for 2021 – 2022.

Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) supports babies, children and adults across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire with congenital heart disease who are treated within Leeds General Infirmary. The charity is a completely self-funded, award winning, regional charity set up in 1988 to support the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit, due to a lack of funding within the field of congenital heart disease.

In addition to supporting the Heart Unit by providing revolutionary equipment and funding clinical posts and research, CHSF deliver a programme of practical and financial support for children and their families each year.

By choosing CHSF as our charity partner, we will be directly supporting the thousands of poorly babies, children, teenagers and adults who pass through the Heart Unit each year from Leeds and the local region.

This amazing charity supports not only the child’s heart, but also the mind, their family and their future.

Paul Green, our Managing Director at One Global commented: “We are committed to donating a proportion of our profits to CHSF and also plan to undertake some fundraising challenges throughout the year. I will be kicking this off by taking part in the 4x4x48 running challenge in April – which is running 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours!” 

Caitlin Hazell, Corporate Partnerships Manager added: “Your support will in turn support families while they are going through an extremely difficult and stressful time. One Global will be helping to make this experience a more positive one, enabling them to build resilience and cope with the often long and emotional journey ahead of them.”
