One Global is proud to announce that we have recently been awarded certification of the BS EN ISO 17100 : 2015 standard. The standard is centred on translation services and means that our processes and quality measures are now fully audited and recognised to international standards.

The BS EN ISO 17100 : 2015 standard sets out requirements for translation companies not only in terms of the localisation procedures and workflows that they follow but also in the linguist selection, handling of client data and internal processes. Although One Global had previously worked in line with the requirements of the standard and ensured that all of our procedures satisfied the requirements it is great to see that this is now formally recognised and our clients can rest assured that their translation projects are being handled to a formalised standard.
