Our Linguist of the Month award for May goes to Olga Avdeeva who works primarily for one our key client’s and has made us proud to collaborate with her. Our panel have chosen Olga as the linguist to celebrate for May as she has helped to strengthen our relationship with our client, as a result of her quality of work and dedication. Olga regularly communicates directly with our client to solve terminology queries. She creates meaningful dialogue with the client and builds trust in the translations provided. She never fails to impress our client and ourselves with her efforts, and can always be relied upon to help with a tight deadline.

Speaking of the award Olga said:

One Global is one of my favourite customers, and I am so glad to know that this attitude is mutual. At the beginning, there were some challenges with harmonizing the terminology, but every time I felt their friendly support. Special thanks to Hannah Chew, who is always ready to help and clear up all the difficulties. One more thing that I greatly appreciate is One Global’s Vendor Portal, the most user-friendly of all I have ever met. This is of great importance for the freelancers who are chronically overloaded.
