Background
IBM has been a household name in technology for decades. Technology support services from IBM provide proactive, reactive, onsite and remote IT support for over 30,000 IBM and non-IBM devices. Training for the service is delivered through TSS Academy, including e-learning videos which needed to cover ten different languages. Although IBM considered using automated translation solutions, they found the quality was nowhere near good enough: human translation was needed.

One Global were able to manage this highly complex project for IBM, keeping track of translations in ten languages for a number of videos, as well as written elements of the modules and assessment questions. A spreadsheet of tasks was provided to IBM stakeholders, meaning everyone was kept up to speed on progress.
