Fat Media previously relied on a single supplier to help with localisation in five languages. As this supplier could not work with the raw file export and required conversion to suit their systems, Fat struggled and wasted a lot of time. Switching language work to One Global meant not only access to many more languages, but the team were able to work directly with Fat’s native file formats, and no conversion was required. The process was seamless, with raw files translated and uploaded directly into the Fat CMS.
I was stunned to see the completed translation file import into the website without any issues.
